back to when we did´nt know
back when everything was new
when going out was a discovery
when our room looked as big as the world
back to when we trusted our thoughts to a wall
when friendship was a bond that really meant something
before everything started to fall apart
before dreams became nightmares
before i lost what it took to understand the rules
before my first idea of "what if?"
before the thought of having feelings for somebody turn into a weakness
before you came along
before i got myself in this mess we´re in
